What is a "Break Room?"
Bismarck Break Room offers a therapeutic and entertaining outlet for individuals ages 13 and older, that are seeking stress relief of everyday life or just for entertainment. Our unique "break room" facility provides a dedicated space where visitors can safely engage in smashing various items in order to relief stress, anger, or to feel an adrenaline rush.

Session Pricing
- 30$ per person for each session, regardless of age. We are currently 13 and older
- All sessions are up to 20 minutes long, another 20 minutes can be added on for an additional 30$ per person.
20 Minute Sessions Include:
- One medium item of your choosing - (Electronic, Appliance, Statue, Etc.)

Protective Gear:
- To avoid a coverall rental fee customers must wear a long sleev

Protective Gear:
- To avoid a coverall rental fee customers must wear a long sleeve shirt and pants. We recommend participants wear an old sweatshirt, jeans, and durable boot like footwear.
- Coveralls are available to rent - 5$
- Sweatshirt available to rent - 3$
- If any skin is showing on the ankle customers must purchase a pair of long socks for $3 per person.
- Rubber boots for rent - $5
- Face shields and Gloves are included with each session.

A Deposit Is Required to Reserve a Break Room:
- $15 for a 20-minute session, regardless of group size
- $30 for a 40-minute session, regardless of group size
*NOTICE: No refunds are given if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the start time of the scheduled session
How Does The Process Work?
Reservation and Arrival: Reserve your time slot online with a deposit. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to handle check-in, confirm waivers have been filled out, gear up (check out the "what to wear" tab), choose some music, and to check out our add on room for potential upgrades!
- On-Site Process: After gearing up, you will choose tools for your session. Next, you will pick out a small and medium item for your session. Next we will head into the room, go over the rules, and then it's time to smash!
- Post-Session: After your session, leave smashed items and tools in the break room and return rented coveralls to the front desk. Share your experience and provide feedback via the session review link. We’ll restock and prepare for your next visit!
Coveralls / Long Sleeves / Pants
Long sleeve shirts and pants are required. We RECOMMEND a sweatshirt, or something with a hood, in order to protect against debris landing in your hair. Gloves
Gloves can be brought, must be able to protect against broken pieces hitting them when smashing.

Closed Toe Shoes
Face / Eye Protection
Durable, and boot like footwear is HIGHLY recommended with the amount of glass and debris on the floor. All participants must wear closed toed shoes with hard soles while in the break rooms.
NO CROCS or SANDALS allowed. If skin is showing on ankle you must purchase long socks

Face / Eye Protection
Face protection is required at all times in the break rooms. You are welcome to bring your own, provided it closely matches the example shown above. Acceptable options include face shields, motorcycle helmets, or other similar protective gear.
