A therapeutic outlet for stress relief and entertainment!
What is a "Break Room?"
Bismarck Break Room offers a therapeutic and entertaining outlet for individuals ages 13 and older, that are seeking stress relief of everyday life or just for entertainment. Our unique "break room" facility provides a dedicated space where visitors can safely engage in smashing various items in order to relief stress, anger, or to feel an adrenaline rush.

Session Options!
20 Minute Session
- 20 minutes
- $30 per person (up to 4) for each session, regardless of age. We are currently 13 and older.
- All following items are per person:
- 15 Glassware/Throwables
- 3-5 unique items pending on size of items
- 1-2 pieces of various media formats (VCR Tapes, CDs, Cassettes, Records, DVDs)
- Two small and medium items of your choosing - (electronic, liquor bottle appliance, statue, Etc.)
40 Minute Extreme Smash
- 40 minutes
- $60 per person (up to 4) for each session, regardless of age. We are currently 13 and older.
- 30 Glassware/Throwables
- 6-10 unique items pending on size of items
- 2-4 pieces of various media formats (VCR Tapes, CDs, Cassettes, Records, DVDs)
- Two medium items of your choosing - (electronic, liquor bottle, appliance, Statue, Etc.)
- Two small items of your choosing - (electronic, appliance, statue, Etc.
Add-On Smashables (All done in store):
- Access to the junk pile in your Break Room - $5 per person in session
- Add extra glassware for just $1 each!
- Additional Tote - $12
- Small Item - $2
- Medium Item - $4
- Large Items - $17
- Extra Large Items - $28
- Exclusive Items - $40 - $100 based on item specifics, but call and ask in order to see what's available!
- Batch of Bottles (10 Liquor Bottles) - $10
- FREE - Bring up to 5 of your own glass, ceramic items per person to break. Any glass / dishware may be denied if deemed to dirty, or still containing liquid other than water.
Protective Gear:
- To avoid a coverall rental fee customers must wear a long sleeve shirt and pants. We recommend participants wear an old sweatshirt, jeans, and durable boot like footwear.
- Coveralls are available to rent - $5
- Sweatshirt available to rent - $3
- If any skin is showing on the ankle customers must purchase a pair of long socks for $3 per person.
- Rubber boots for rent - $5
- Face shields and Gloves are included with each session.
A Deposit Is Required to Reserve a Break Room:
- $15 for the 20 minute session, regardless of group size
- $30 for at 40 minute session, regardless of group size
*NOTICE: No refunds are given if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the start time of the scheduled session .

- BSC Students - Students that attend the Bismarck State College, get 10% their session! Please let us know in person at the time of your session and receive the discount!
