Our rentable space at Bismarck Break Room is available for private use, space only. It is a great option for birthday parties, team meetings, book clubs, game nights, small group gatherings, or any event where you just need a comfortable place to bring people together.

Bring your own snacks and non alcoholic drinks, no alcohol permitted. We do not have a refrigerator on site. We can move in coffee tables or additional folding tables as needed to accommodate your group and layout preferences. TV access is available for presentations, slideshows, games, or streaming.

If break rooms are available during your rental, sessions can also be booked, but they are completely optional.

Space Rental Terms and Policies

The rental includes use of the designated event space only. Rental of the space does not grant automatic access to Break Room Sessions. Sessions must be booked separately in advance or as a walk in, subject to availability.
Deposit
A $25 deposit will be required after a staff member contacts you to confirm your rental details. This counts as the first hour of the rental. The rental will not be finalized until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non refundable within 24 hours of being paid.
Renter understands and acknowledges that Break Room Sessions may be occurring during the rental period. These sessions may include loud music and sounds associated with items being broken. Break Room Sessions take operational and noise volume priority. Music levels and session activity will not be reduced or modified due to space rental.
No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Outside snacks and non alcoholic beverages are allowed. There is no refrigerator available on site.
Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Renter is responsible for removing all personal items at the conclusion of the rental period.
If the renter exceeds their reserved time, they will be charged for an additional hour at the current hourly rental rate. Extensions may be permitted if the space is available and must be approved by management.
Couches must remain in their original placement and may not be moved. Chairs, folding tables, stools, and coffee tables may be rearranged with approval and must be returned to their original setup before departure.
Televisions may be used for appropriate content and purposes. Management reserves the right to turn off or discontinue TV access if use is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with business standards.
Decorations are permitted provided they do not cause damage. Nails, screws, permanent adhesives, confetti, glitter, and open flames are not allowed.
The renter is financially responsible for any damage to property, furniture, equipment, or facility beyond normal wear and tear.
Bismarck Break Room reserves the right to refuse or terminate a rental if policies are violated.
